Eversheds Sutherland Switzerland appoints Dr. Michael Faske as new Partner01. oktoober 2026 We are delighted to announce that Dr. Michael Faske has been appointed as a new Partner in our Zurich office, effective 1 October. Michael Faske specializes in governance, risk & compliance and forensic investigations in complex regulatory environments. Over the past 25 years, Michael has led strategic risk mitigation and compliance initiatives for major Swiss and international corporations. He is an expert in forensic investigations, anti-financial crime, compliance management and fraud prevention. Prior to joining the firm, Michael was a senior partner and practice leader at leading Big-4 Accounting Firms, where he built and scaled market-leading forensic services capabilities across the EMEIA region. He led cross-border investigations involving regulatory enforcement by FINMA, BaFin, DOJ, and SEC, and established leading forensic data analytics and eDiscovery centres in Switzerland.
