We were pleased to welcome numerous participants at our biannual hybrid breakfast event, the Forum on IT & Law.

At this event, we explored practical approaches and challenges related to the implementation of current digital legislation.

Regulations are constantly evolving – and rarely easy to navigate.

Digital regulations are continuously developing. Companies must actively monitor which new obligations arise – for example, from data protection laws, AI regulations, or telecommunications legislation.

Documentation and reporting obligations are increasing significantly.

With each new regulation, demand on internal processes grows: documentation, risk assessments, and reporting obligations become mandatory – with non-compliance potentially leading to liability or fines.

Key question: Which regulation applies to my company and how?

The most important task remains the careful assessment of applicability. Only those who understand which regulations apply and how can respond effectively and in a timely manner – compliance starts with clarity.
