As Global Co-Head of Eversheds Sutherland’s Consumer Sector, Rob advises consumer-facing businesses and investors on transformative transactions, strategic growth initiatives and complex corporate matters.
His practice has a particular focus on food & beverage companies, where he regularly counsels clients on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, financings and other critical business transactions. Rob also has significant experience representing industrial clients in their M&A activities.
Rob represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies across a range of industries, including consumer, hospitality, manufacturing, distribution, industrials, chemicals and technology. He is valued for providing practical, business-focused advice that helps clients execute transactions, manage risk and achieve their strategic objectives.
Rob also has substantial experience advising on fund formations, equity raises and corporate governance matters. During a prior secondment, he served as in-house M&A counsel for a global chemicals and building products company, giving him valuable insight into the commercial and operational priorities of corporate development teams.
