Eversheds Sutherland advised Peptonic Medical AB ("Peptonic") on its SEK 61.4 million rights issue of units. 
 
Peptonic is a biomedical company engaged in the research and development of pharmaceuticals and medical devices in the field of women's health. The company's vision is to provide treatments for women's health and medical conditions. The company develops hormone-free products for the treatment of vaginal atrophy and vaginal dryness. The company has its headquarters in Sweden.
