Peter Weck is a Counsel in the Labour and Employment Law practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Dusseldorf.
He advises clients on all questions of employment and labour law. Peter has many years of experience in advising his national and international clients with a focus on restructurings and complex M&A transactions. His activities comprise in particular negotiating with works councils and trade unions and litigation before all labour courts.
