He advises electric utilities, retail electric providers, generation companies and power marketers before various state and federal regulatory agencies and counsels them on the regulatory aspects of strategic transactions.
Shenghao was previously Chief of Staff at Green Hydrogen International where he oversaw the company’s relationships with outside counsel.
