Shenghao Wang is an Associate in the firm's Energy Practice Group, focusing on electric energy market regulation in Texas.
He advises electric utilities, retail electric providers, generation companies and power marketers before various state and federal regulatory agencies and counsels them on the regulatory aspects of strategic transactions.
Shenghao was previously Chief of Staff at Green Hydrogen International where he oversaw the company’s relationships with outside counsel.
He was previously an associate in the Eversheds Sutherland Energy Group and began his legal career as a participant in the firm's Summer Associate Program.
