Economic sovereignty: France again tightens controls over foreign investment (FDI).January 15, 2024 In an increasingly complex geopolitical landscape, France, like many other countries, is constantly tightening its control over the nature of the investments made on its territory by foreign investors. One will recall that foreign investments subject to FDI control are broken down in three categories according to the nature of the activities of the French target of the investment.
