Eversheds Sutherland has appointed a new partner and new counsels. Two associates were also promoted to senior associates.

Prague, 5 May 2022 - International law firm Eversheds Sutherland named current counsel Marek Bomba as a new partner of the branch in Prague.

The Czech branch then expanded its management team by promoting Ondřej Beneš to the position of counsel and Katarína Jendželovská and Jakub Verlík to senior associate. The Bratislava office promoted Petra Marková from senior associate to counsel.

In his practice, Marek Bomba focuses on company law, M&A, contract law and competition law. He studied law at Comenius University in Bratislava and continued his postgraduate studies in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, where he received his LL.M.

Ondřej Beneš focuses mainly on M&A and employment law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and the Faculty of Business Administration of the University of Economics in Prague.

Katarína Jendželovská focuses primarily on contract law and real estate. She also has experience in banking & finance and regulatory matters. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and also studied at the University of Ghent in Belgium.

In his practice, Jakub Verlík focuses mainly on company law, real estate law and M&A. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc and also studied at The Hague University.

Petra Marková specialises in financial and commercial law, M&A, state aid and compliance. She studied at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava.
