Our client Cimec Oy has signed the purchase agreement and ancillary agreements in an arrangement through which Cimec Oy acquired the lifter business of Glaston Oyj's German subsidiary Glaston Germany GmbH.

Cimec Oy is a development and production company specialising in glass handling equipment.

The Glaston group develops, manufactures, and sells machinery and related services to glass processors.

The team responsible for the assignment included Partners Antti Husa and Jukka-Pekka Joensuu as well as Senior Associate Lavinia Husa, Project Manager Max Tarkkala and Trainee Erika Lahtinen.
