Eversheds Sutherland advises Ancala on its acquisition of a majority stake in MUCH GroupDecember 22, 2025 Eversheds Sutherland has successfully advised infrastructure investment manager Ancala on its acquisition of a majority stake in MUCH Group, a specialist provider of temporary modular building, related accessories, services and broader infrastructure solutions. MUCH Group's turnkey solutions include camps, courthouses, corporate, industrial and education sector solutions and emergency medical and crisis response accommodation. MUCH Group offers one of the most comprehensive temporary space and modular infrastructure solutions in the DACH region, combining quality, deployment speed and deep operational expertise in highly specialised environments. Ancala is a leading independent and award-winning infrastructure investment manager. The firm manages more than €4.7bn and has a diverse portfolio of 22 critical infrastructure businesses operating in essential infrastructure sectors including renewable energy and energy transition, transport, utilities and the circular economy.
